Partnering with producer Thomas Ince in 1915, Hart went on to star in and direct dozens of memorable westerns. Co-star Frank Borzage went on to win the very first Best Director Oscar in 1928 for Seventh Heaven. He went on to direct over 100 films, most notably Bad Girl (1931) and A Farewell to Arms (1932).
