We ship 95% of all orders within 2-7 days, so you should get your package in 2 weeks or less.
We ship all orders out in the order they were received, so please allow the 7-day maximum even though in most cases, your package will go out sooner.
Please note that first time customers ordering by personal check may have to wait longer than the 2 week period. Yes, checks clear in less time than that, but banks do not inform their accounts about checks that have bounced until about 3 weeks after the fact.

We are a catalog, not a manufacturer so, at times, items can be out of stock. We stock most of the items in this catalog, but not all. Some more obscure or expensive items are special orders. If you need to know exact delivery time, please call before ordering.
Also, please keep in mind that the video and laser disc and DVD market changes rapidly. Items go in and out of print all the time, often without notice. If you plan to order any item marked limited quantity, please check with us to see if the item is still available.
If you order an item that is discontinued and that we no longer have in stock, we'll make an effort to acquire it for you but this can take time. If the item can not be found you will be issued a credit.

We'll replace any defective item with the same title only. In some cases, defective tapes may not have to be returned. Please contact us immediately if you have received a defective item and we will instruct you from there.

Exchanges for different titles or refunds are not given.
Like a movie theatre we can't guarantee your personal taste. Please be sure that the title you order is the title you want. We'll be happy to answer any questions about program content before you place your order.
There are no titles in this catalog of questionable print quality so absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given for complaints about picture quality.
In addition, we carry only the longest version available of every title we offer. Therefore, no returns will be accepted for discrepancies in running time between a title we sell and an alternate version (i.e., the original theatrical running time of a film).

We're endeavoring to eliminate all titles that come only in generic cases.
95% of the titles in the catalog come with full-color, descriptive packaging.
If you'd like to inquire what form any titles you're planning to order come in, we'll be glad to tell you.

We ship airmail overseas unless instructed to do otherwise.
Faster, more expensive options such as UPS and FedEx are available as well as slower, and cheaper surface mail.
For airmail, allow 2-3 weeks. Surface, allow 2-3 months.
We've endeavored to make the postage chart on the order form as accurate as possible, but it's impossible to create a short, simple, totally accurate chart for every country in the world.
Please remember that heavier, larger items such as books and laser discs may cost more to ship than tapes.
Tapes are available in PAL and SECAM for an extra charge of $12.50 per title, $15.00 for a title over 2 hours.

Practically alone in the video industry, we continue to provide free searches.
Searches are provided for active customers only.
We do not charge for searches for 10 items or less.
