Returns

All sales are final. There are no refunds. There are no returns for non-defective or non-damaged items. Make sure the item you order is the item you want.

We will not take back titles if you ordered a title you can’t play because of region coding.  All discs on this site now are for the US: Regions 0 or 1 for DVDs, All Region or Region A for blu rays.

It’s very rare that a disc won’t play. If you get one we ask that you try a different player if at all possible. But if your item is genuinely defective in that it won’t play properly or if we send the wrong item we will send a return label.  Only these situations are considered defectives.

Defective items of all kinds can be exchanged for the same title only.  We will send the replacement when we get the original back. However, in all cases, we may or may not need to get back the defective or damaged disc so don’t send anything back without contacting us first. When a return is required your return of the defective must have a postmark no more than 30 days after your receipt of the item. If a replacement is not possible you will receive store credit or a refund minus a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

There are no refunds for items or shipping, and we do not accept returns at all if they’re returned after 30 days.

Packaging

If you get an item with cosmetic damage to the slipcover, case or the disc itself we will evaluate the situation to determine if we will take a return. If we do you will be responsible for return postage. Keep in mind that box set or slipcover packaging can easily get small to large dings when shipped from studio to distributor to us to you.

Disc Condition

We are not responsible for the contents of the discs we sell. We only sell, we are not a manufacturer. We’re not responsible for substandard transfers or films having a shorter running time than an extended time cited in other references. If we know anything at all adverse about the item we list it clearly in the description. We encourage you to read up on releases on the many sites that review them to find out if the film is cut or a transfer not up to your standards.
