All sales are final.
Defective items or items damaged in transit, can be exchanged for the same title only. We will not take back titles if you ordered a title you can’t play because of region coding. It’s very rare that a disc won’t play. If you get one we ask that you try a different player if at all possible. If you do get a genuinely defective disc we will replace it for the same title only. Your return of the defective must have a postmark no more than 30 days after your receipt of the item.
We may or may not need to get back the defective or damaged disc so don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
Defectives must be sent back within 30 days. There are no refunds for items or shipping and we do not accept returns of non-defective items or defectives returned after 30 days.
We are not responsible for the contents of the discs we sell. We only sell, we are not a manufacturer. We’re not responsible for substandard transfers or films having a shorter running time than an extended time cited in other references. If we know anything at all adverse about the item we list it clearly in the description. We encourage you to read up on releases on the many sites that review them to find out if the film is cut or a transfer not up to your standards.
