Orders will be processed after 4 to 7 business days during the Troma Sale. As a rough estimate you will get your order in about 2 weeks. Orders will be sent by Media Mail, Ground Advantage or UPS. If you want to know which yours will be email us after you place your order. We do not guarantee delivery by a fixed date, so please keep that in mind if you are shopping for gifts.

The Sale is 50% off SRP for almost all Troma titles, a few titles are not included because they are out of stock at the manufacturer at this time. If a title exists as a blu ray and a DVD we have stopped putting on separate pictures of the DVD as it takes up too much room. Rest assured though you’ll get the format you ordered even if the picture doesn’t match the description.

The Sale will start on Friday (7/12) at 12:01am EDT. The sale will end at 3 AM EDT on Friday (7/26).

My package was marked as DELIVERED but I can’t find it anywhere. If the PO marked your package as “DELIVERED” yet you are unable to find it, please contact the mail carrier ASAP and ask what they did with your package. It is essential you do this, it is the only way the package can be recovered. Most likely it was delivered to a neighboring building. If a week has gone by and there is still no sign of your “DELIVERED” order, contact us.

I’d like to cancel my order. How do I do this? Please reach out to us at cinemaclassicsny@gmail.com to cancel your order. Please note that there is a 3% cancellation fee for the cancellation.

I received my order but there is a mistake. If we gave you the wrong item or forgot an item please email us with INCORRECT ORDER in the subject line and it will be addressed as soon as possible.

If I pre-order an item, will I be charged when it ships or upfront? Upfront. But the good news is any items you order that are available now will be sent now, and your preorders will be sent when they’re available.
